Shipping & Handling
We ship using UPS Ground Service and USPS Priority Mail. Please allow approximately 5 - 7 business days for processing and shipping. To request UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Select for an additional charge, please email or call us. You will be notified via email if an item is not in stock. We will try to give you an approximate ship date at that time. We make every attempt to keep our items in stock, but due to the unique nature of much of our inventory. An immediate refund will be issued if an item is sold out and no longer available.
We apologize that shipping costs are not refundable. Items received as a gift can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only within 30 days when returned to us with the gift receipt. All sale items are sold as final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Returns
Occasionally an item is damaged in shipping. If that is the case, notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipper. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged merchandise or packaging unless instructed to do so. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued.
We truly want you to be happy with your purchases. In the unlikely event you are unhappy, please call or email us for a Return Authorization. All returns must be made within 3 business days of receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition. Return it to us prepaid with the sales receipt and properly insured. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue a credit to the credit card used to make the purchase. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our return policy.

Exchanges
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or store credit. The merchandise must be in original condition and returned to us prepaid and properly insured with the sales receipt.

Tax Rate
Residents of California will be charged 9.25% sales tax
